I MUST LOSE WEIGHT-30KG/60lbs

Hey there dear readers, maybe some of u have read this post of mine a few times. But it shows how I'm not really a discipline person, but I don't care. As I said, this is my blog and I can write anything I like- screw u bitches! Sorry, I was kidding :P
Anyway 2010 is a good year (I gotta feeling !) for me to start my gym regime, the new state of the art and one of the best gym in town recently opened in Kuching. Level Up promise the best gym experience, it's all under one roof- the pay- worth it- as you can join any classes you like, with all high end gym equipments. I'm so excited to join, my target end of February. I've tried dieting, over the counter diet pills(which is really bad for me- I had vowel issues, feeling dehydrated, I had smelly breath, sweating with no reasons, I experienced nausea, mood swings and even feeling excited with no good reasons. I even lose my sexual appetite . Damn that was tough
My current is 98kg to 102kg (between those range,on a good day I can weight down to 92kg) I feel bloated always, I don't eat in a big amount, but I eat quite regularly. I have a bad habit of avoiding breakfast and end up pigging for lunch and dinner. I drink too much nescafe and sugar drinks(rarely carbonated) I have vice on chocolate, cookies and cakes. Every now and then I would like hide in my room and eat cookies. I used to tell myself , love my body and accept it. Self confident well somehow attractive to all. NOT! I look at my current pictures

Exhibit A & Exhibit B-as shown above

look at that face! Yes I AM FAT

I must lose 30KG

I'll update on my strategies to lose my weight- target date December 2010
I don't need luck, I need hard work & self discipline and determination.

I HEART Stewie-Family Guy

U can say I don't have much to do during this long CNY weekend and you're definitely wrong! Instead of the usual dreading myself going for a CNY visits @ my friends or colleagues that I see almost every day. I decided not to do any visits this year . I chose to stayed put @ home, spending more time on me, evaluating my self, and try to figure how to be better (NOT!) I've been online, eating, sleeping and watching DVD's-

I've done with GLEE Season 1 & I heart the TV show so much, I actually re-watched them twice! Now, I'm watching Family Guy, an American TV Sitcom/Cartoon ala The Simpsons-but more twisted, politically wrong, wickedly funny, full of non censored scripts which of course only aired in selected countries and during non family prime time. I managed to get all the seasons DVD a few years back, but left them in my DVD box. I was distracted by Grey's Anatomy, Veronica Mars, FRIENDS, Ally McBeal, Brothers & Sisters(Please return them back to me Jacob Shaun!)Little Britain and Will & Grace . If I'm down and sad, I would normally choose FRIENDS 0r Will & Grace, a good humor and laugh normally will heal my pain (tacky..I know)

I've been watching Family Guy this past 48 hours, it's so freaking funny! Especially the thick British accent speaking youngest child of Griffin family - Stewie. A cute bold baby with his usual red suspender and a yellow tee. He looks angry and disturbed and befriend with their family dog Brian. Stewie older sister Mag is a nerdy typical nobody wants me and emo and fashion-ly retarded teen girl (the voice lend by Milla Kunis the famous That 70's Show, yupp the hawt brunette -girlfriend of Ashton Kutcher in that TV show!) The brother is a chubby boy who is quite retarded too, but in my head the real character is as cute as Seth Rogen post -diet -lose my weight...the dad Peter Griffin is a typical overweight guy, overly sexual and have a brain the size of a pea. The mom -another funny character- with squeaking and high pitched voiced, she's a typical all American mom.

Lets Wiki shall we?(who needs to buy over priced Britannica Encyclopedia anyway..?)
Family Guy is an American animated television sitcom created by Seth MacFarlane for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The series centers on the Griffins, a dysfunctional family consisting of parents Peter and Lois; their children Meg, Chris, and Stewie; and their anthropomorphic pet dog Brian. The show uses frequent cutaway gags, often in the form of tangential vignettes which parody American culture.

MacFarlane conceived Family Guy after developing two animated films, The Life of Larry and Larry & Steve. MacFarlane redesigned the films' protagonist Larry and his dog Steve, and renamed them Peter and Brian. Shortly after the third season of Family Guy aired in 2001, Fox canceled the series. However, favorable DVD sales and high ratings for syndicated reruns convinced the network to renew the show in 2004. The series takes place in the fictional town of Quahog, Rhode Island, based on MacFarlane's upbringing and education.

Family Guy has been nominated for eleven Primetime Emmy Awards and eleven Annie Awards, and has won three of each. It has garnered three Golden Reel Award nominations, winning once. In 2009, it was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series, the first time an animated series was nominated for the award since The Flintstones in 1961. Family Guy has also received negative criticism, including three lawsuits, and unfavorable comparisons for its similarities to the animated series The Simpsons.

Many tie-in media have been released, including Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story, a straight-to-DVD special released in 2005; Family Guy: Live in Vegas, a soundtrack-DVD combo released in 2005, featuring music from the show as well as original music created by MacFarlane and Walter Murphy; a video game and pinball machine, released in 2006 and 2007, respectively; and, since 2005, six books published by HarperCollins based on the Family Guy universe. In 2008, MacFarlane confirmed that the cast was interested in producing a feature film and that he was working on a story for film adaptation. A spin-off series, The Cleveland Show, premiered on September 27, 2009 as a part of the "Animation Domination" lineup on Fox. The eighth season of Family Guy premiered on September 27, 2009.

Seth MacFarlane voices three of the show's main characters: Peter Griffin, Brian Griffin, and Stewie Griffin. MacFarlane chose to voice these characters himself, believing it would be easier to portray the voices he already envisioned than for someone else to attempt it. MacFarlane drew inspiration for the voice of Peter from a security guard he overheard talking while attending the Rhode Island School of Design. Stewie's voice was based on the voice of English actor Rex Harrison, especially his performance in the 1964 musical drama film My Fair Lady.MacFarlane uses his regular speaking voice when playing Brian.MacFarlane also provides the voices for various other recurring and one-time only characters, most prominently those of the Griffins' neighbor Glenn Quagmire, news anchor Tom Tucker and Lois's father Carter Pewterschmidt.[34]

Alex Borstein voices Lois Griffin, Asian correspondent Tricia Takanawa, Loretta Brown and Lois' mother Barbara Pewterschmidt. Borstein was asked to provide a voice for the pilot while she was working on MADtv. She had not met MacFarlane or seen any of his artwork and said it was "really sight unseen". At the time, Borstein performed in a stage show in Los Angeles, in which she played a redheaded mother whose voice she had based on one of her cousins. The voice was originally slower, but when MacFarlane heard it, he replied "Make it a little less [...] annoying...and speed it up, or every episode will last four hours".

Seth Green primarily plays Chris Griffin and Neil Goldman. Green stated that he did an impression of the "Buffalo Bill" character from the thriller film The Silence of the Lambs during his audition. His main inspiration for Chris' voice came from envisioning how "Buffalo Bill" would sound if he were speaking through a public address system at a McDonald's.

Mila Kunis and Lacey Chabert have both played the voices of Meg Griffin. Chabert voiced Meg Griffin for the first production season (15 episodes). However, because of a contractual agreement, she was never credited.Chabert left the series because of time conflicts with her role on Party of Five and schoolwork. Kunis won the role after auditions and a slight rewrite of the character, in part due to her performance on That '70s Show. MacFarlane called Kunis back after her first audition, instructing her to speak slower, and then told her to come back another time and enunciate more. Once she claimed that she had it under control, MacFarlane hired her.Kunis described her character as "the scapegoat." She further explained, "Meg gets picked on a lot. But it's funny. It's like the middle child. She is constantly in the state of being an awkward 14-year-old, when you're kind of going through puberty and what-not. She's just in perpetual mode of humiliation. And it's fun."

Mike Henry voices both Cleveland Brown and Herbert, as well as some minor recurring characters like Bruce the performance artist and The Greased up Deaf Guy.Henry met MacFarlane at the Rhode Island School of Design and kept in touch with him after they graduated. A few years later, MacFarlane contacted him about being part of the show; he agreed and came on as both a writer and voice actor. Henry created Cleveland's voice after being influenced by one of his basketball partners in Virginia, who had a very distinct regional accent.During the show's first four seasons, he was credited as a guest star, but beginning with season five's "Prick Up Your Ears" he has been credited as a main cast member.

Why Does it Hurt SO BAD?

Why does it hurt so bad?
Why do I feel so sad?
Thought I was over you
But I keep crying
When I don't love you
So why does it hurt so bad
I thought I had let you go
So, why does it hurt me so
I gotta get you outta my head
It hurts so bad

My life's been better since the day I left you boy
I must admit life's been kind to me
I went and did the things I said I would do boy
I found someone who loves me for me
Haven't had much drama since the day that we split boy
My heart's never been more at ease
And when I think of all the things you put me thru
Leaving you has been the best thing for me

chorus

Never again that's what I said to myself
I never wanna feel your kinda pain again boy
Just when I think it's over
Just when I think it's thru
I find myself right back in love with you

Totally Glued by GLEE

OMG! The last time I got this excited over a TV Show was Ally McBeal & Will & Grace.
GLEE is my new favorite TV show for now. I finally watched the whole season 1 & now I know why it's an American TV Show. The story is simple typical high school, coming of age teen. Facing those typical life drama & the craze of being famous as literally written in the American culture. The fantastic twist- it's comedy , musical and drama -all in one - and everyone in this TV shows has real talent, yes people, they sing and dance and act. They have to go through a fabulous American Idol like casting all over America in 2008, the show was aired in 2009 and was instant fame!

Definition of GLEE-a part song, usually scored for at least three solo voices, and normally sung unaccompanied
Lets do some wiki on Glee

Glee is an American musical comedy-drama television series that airs on Fox in the United States. It focuses on a high school show choir (also known as a glee club), called "New Directions!", set within the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio. The pilot episode of the show was broadcast after American Idol on May 19, 2009,and the first season began airing on September 9, 2009. On September 21, 2009, Fox officially gave the series a full-season pick-up. Glee aired its mid-season finale on December 9, 2009 and is currently on a 4-month hiatus before returning on April 13, 2010 with the remaining 9 episodes of the season. On January 11, 2010, Fox President, Kevin Reilly announced at the Television Critics Association winter press tour that Glee has been renewed for a second season.

The show's creators Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Ian Brennan first conceived of Glee as a film. Murphy selects the series' music, maintaining a balance between show tunes and chart hits. Songs covered in the show are released on iTunes during the week of broadcast, and a series of Glee albums will be released through Columbia Records, beginning with Glee: The Music, Volume 1, which was released on November 3, 2009. The music of Glee has been a commercial success, with over two million digital sales.

The show has received positive reviews. Although Alessandra Stanley in The New York Times highlighted the pilot episode's unoriginality and stereotyped characters, she praised the showmanship and talent of the cast. David Hinckley in The Daily News opined that the show was imperfect and implausible but "potentially heartwarming",[9] while Robert Bianco in USA Today noted casting and tone problems, but commented positively on the show's humor and musical performances. Mary McNamara for the Los Angeles Times wrote that the show had a wide audience appeal, calling it "the first show in a long time that's just plain full-throttle, no-guilty-pleasure-rationalizations-necessary fun. The series won the 2010 Golden Globe Award for Best Comedy Series and received three additional nominations for Best Actress (Lea Michele), Best Actor (Matthew Morrison), and Best Supporting Actress (Jane Lynch).[

Glee features 12 major roles with star billing. Matthew Morrison plays Will Schuester, McKinley High's Spanish teacher who becomes director of the Glee Club, hoping to restore it to its former glory. Jane Lynch is Sue Sylvester, head coach of the cheerleading squad or "Cheerios", and the Glee Club's arch-nemesis.Jayma Mays appears as Emma Pillsbury, the school's mysophobic guidance counselor who has feelings for Will, and Jessalyn Gilsig plays Terri Schuester, Will's demanding and amoral wife of five years.

Cory Monteith plays Finn, a character forced to balance his dreams and expectations.

Lea Michele plays Rachel Berry, talented star of the Glee Club who is often bullied by the Cheerios and football players. Cory Monteith plays Finn Hudson, star quarterback of the school's football team who risks alienation by his friends to join the Glee Club. Also in the club are Amber Riley as Mercedes Jones, a fashion-conscious diva who resents having to sing back-up; Chris Colfer as Kurt Hummel--a role that was written-in to the show's cast after Colfer's audition--a gay male soprano[41] who is bullied by the football team, and struggles in early episodes with his identity; Kevin McHale as Artie Abrams, an electric bass player and paraplegic; and Jenna Ushkowitz as Tina Cohen-Chang, an Asian American goth student with a fake speech impediment. Mark Salling plays Noah "Puck" Puckerman, a friend of Finn's on the football team who at first disapproves of Finn joining the Glee Club, but later joins the Glee Club himself. Dianna Agron plays Quinn Fabray, Finn's girlfriend, who also joins the club to keep an eye on Finn. Quinn is also the head of the Cheerios and celibacy club.

Recurring roles include Patrick Gallagher as Ken Tanaka, head coach of the football team who is in love with Emma, Iqbal Theba as Principal Figgins, the high school's unenthusiastic principal, and Stephen Tobolowsky as Sandy Ryerson, Will's Glee Club directing predecessor, who was fired for inappropriate behavior towards male students. Naya Rivera plays Santana Lopez, a competitive member of the Cheerios, and Brittany, played by Heather Morris, completes the featured triumvirate of Cheerios. Harry Shum, Jr. and Dijon Talton appear as Mike Chang and Matt Rutherford, football players who join the Glee Club in the fourth episode. A regular 'background' performer is an ever silent teacher/piano accompanist played by Brad Ellis (Rachel calls him Brad in the episode "Ballad"), who in reality is a member of the show's music production team.

The show features Broadway stars in recurring or minor roles, including John Lloyd Young as "a retired wood shop teacher with an excellent singing voice",Victor Garber as Will's father, and Debra Monk as Will's mother. Kristin Chenoweth plays April Rhodes, a former member of the Glee Club who never finished high school and ended up hitting rock bottom, and Josh Groban appears as himself.Other guest stars include Mike O'Malley as Kurt's father, whom Kurt comes out to in the episode "Preggers";Sarah Drew as Suzy Pepper, a senior with a crush on her teacher;Michael Hitchcock as the Haverbrook School for the Deaf choir director Dalton Rumba, and Eve, who was cast after Whitney Houston declined to appear. In the second half of the first season, Jonathan Groff will play the male lead of rival glee club Vocal Adrenaline.Olivia Newton-John will appear, singing a duet of "Physical" with Lynch. Idina Menzel has recently begun filming her role as the director of Vocal Adrenaline. Fans lobbied for her to be cast as Rachel's biological mother due to the strong resemblance between Menzel and Michele.

Oel ngati kameie 2010( In Na'vi - I See You 2010)

It's almost an hour before we wave goodbye to 2009 and says hello to 2010. I am now enjoying my slumber party with my mates in KL @ Aziz's Palais The Sterling Apartment that I have come to fond of. After 3 years, I decided to celebrate the new year's eve in KL this year, instead of dreading the usually rainy new year's eve in Kuching

I'm glad I made this decision. I was cooking 3 roast chickens (my 1st attempt, and I did it pretty well I must say), roast veggies and pasta ala fried noodle mamak today, with my sous chef Azreen. Aziz was busy being the party planner cums organizer, everyone came (Miji,Xyrole,Art,Jas Miyami,Zaki ,Syooke, Kast and Fari). It's full of laughter.

Looking back at 2009, I had an amazing year. Bitter sweet, hard candy life, which I have no regrets of going through that 365 days of my life. I saw miracles, I saw angels, I saw love and hate, I saw friendship blossoms, I saw friendships turns into enemies, I saw and I feel love everywhere I go, I experienced heartbreak and pain. I fell down and stood up and moved on. I see myself with no fears of it anymore, I'm not afraid of failing, I am more stronger inside out.

I have a loyal family that I can always counts on, I have amazing friends that I can cry and laugh with. I still have infinite love in me that I will share with everyone and anyone...I lose some and I gain more..friendship and love..I managed to do many splendid things for myself and my family, I prove to many that I'm not a weak person and definitely not a quitter..I always been a survivor!

A dedication to all my loving ones
Happy New Year, May all of you prosper with much love, happiness and peace..have a fabulous year ahead everyone!

I look forward to see you 2010..
